Before Meeting ☑️

Facilitator

Check last week's meeting notes and bring forward any outstanding issues or tasks.
Remind everyone of the pre-work in meetings.

Everyone

If you have a significant update to make, record a loom and add it to the Updates section below.
Review your tasks and projects documents and check they are up to date.
Read the agenda and watch any update videos added by others.
Add your issues and questions to the issues list.

Updates

If you have any updates to share, record a short loom and embed it below. You must do this at least 6 hours before the meeting so everyone has a chance to watch them.

Agenda

The main goal of this meeting is alignment - getting us all on the same page and ensuring we don't miss anything. We use the second part of this meeting to solve issues that need everyone's input – we do it here because it helps us stay aligned on decisions being made.
