Agenda
The main goal of this meeting is alignment - getting us all on the same page and ensuring we don't miss anything. We use the second part of this meeting to solve issues that need everyone's input – we do it here because it helps us stay aligned on decisions being made.

- One word to describe how you are feeling now.
- Nominate the next person.
This should take up the majority of the meeting.
- We have no data to give us confidence.
- Expecting Q3 data in the next four days.
- Are we still on track to deliver the PPS feature this cycle?
- Will any of this tech debt work cause downtime?
- Can we discuss the general impact of this on the rest of the business, if any?
- Can anyone help with interviews?
- Any ideas for filtering candidates better? Can we discuss this?
